QR Codes Now Provide Answers At One National Monument

Visitors to monuments at the U.S. Space Walk of Fame looking for a name among more than 2,800 listed will no longer have to thumb through a book. Officials have implemented high-tech way to ease their search: Signs with quick response codes were placed near monuments for the Apollo, Gemini, Mercury and space shuttle programs last week. Visitors can scan the QR code with a smartphone, and it links to a monument database that provides the location of each name.
