Bio-medical waste of Karnal Civil Hospital to have barcode

The Civil Hospital (India) is going to introduce barcoding on packets of bio-medical waste for effective collection and disposal. The move comes after the Civil Hospital and Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College (KCGMC) had “argued” for long about who is responsible for the bio-medical waste being dumped in the open on the common road of both the buildings.
