Radio frequency identification (RFID) antennas for asset tracking, inventory

 

Fairview Microwave Inc. in Lewisville, Texas, is introducing radio frequency identification (RFID) antennas to enhance the performance of RFID applications in inventory management, asset tracking, and ID verification.

The antennas operate from 900 to 2400 MHz to ensure efficient and uninterrupted RFID tag reading. Featuring SMA female, N female, and RP TNC male connectors, these antennas are compatible with most RFID readers.

In addition, the antennas employ right-hand circular polarization (RHCP) to ensure signal reception and data extraction. This feature, coupled with high-gain performance, low voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), and wide beamwidth, optimizes reading range and enhances the overall performance of RFID systems.
