Acceliot Unveils AI-Driven RFID System for Next-Gen Warehouse Automation

Acceliot has launched its new software-defined RFID platform, called Smart Space Portal (SSP), designed to bring advanced automation and real-time visibility to warehousing operations without requiring new hardware or complex installations.  

The core of the SSP solution is built around supervised machine-learning that works with existing RFID infrastructure. Rather than introducing new RFID portals or specialized antennas, Acceliot transforms standard warehouse dock doors into “intelligent control points” capable of accurately tracking pallet and item movements. According to CEO Shawn Manesh, this shift allows organizations to modernize supply chains and gain end-to-end visibility in a flexible way.  

Key capabilities of the SSP platform include:
    •    Converting existing dock doors into RFID-enabled gateways, eliminating the need for fixed hardware tunnels or RF shielding.  
    •    Delivering clean, item-level RFID data directly into enterprise systems (ERP, WMS), enabling automation of receipt, shipping, inventory reconciliation and analytics.  
    •    Employing RF-optimized ML to filter out stray or duplicate reads in real time — capturing only true movement events. The system integrates with standard UHF antennas and existing readers, preserving prior investments while improving accuracy.  

In essence, Acceliot’s SSP platform proposes a smarter path for warehouse automation — one that leverages installed RFID assets, augments them with AI / ML logic, and removes major hardware-based constraints. This approach could offer logistics operators a more scalable and cost-effective route to achieving precision tracking and visibility across their operations.
