Lenovo to integrate NFC payment processing into more 2013 tablets and Ultrabooks

Selected ThinkPad tablet and Ultrabook models coming later in 2013 will sport contactless NFC credit card payment methods, according to Lenovo reps at this year’s Expand conference in San Francisco, California.  Currently, Lenovo is still trying to work with payment processors to make the NFC payment feature more feasible. NFC-enabled models are currently unknown, but, if things pan out as planned, Lenovo consumers will be able to go about purchasing goods online with ease by simply tapping a credit card.
