3D image sensor using lasers for height measurements in semiconductor uses introduced by Teledyne Imaging
Teledyne Imaging, a Teledyne Technologies company in Bromont, Quebec, is introducing the Z-Trak2 3D image sensor for in-line height measurements for inspection, detection, identification, and guidance in electronics, semiconductor, automotive, and factory automation applications.
Z-Trak2 is a 5-Gigabit Ethernet 3D profile sensor that delivers scan speeds as fast as 45,000 profiles per second and features built-in HDR and reflection compensation algorithms to handle surfaces with varying degrees of reflectivity in one scan for precision in semiconductor manufacturing.
