Panasonic teams up with Jasmy to create controlled identity platform for IoT
Panasonic has joined forces with Jasmy to introduce a Web3 platform that will facilitate the seamless connection of personal data on the Internet-of-Things (IoT). This collaboration between the Japanese-based blockchain and Panasonic Advanced Technology was initiated in February but officially announced on March 2612.
The newly developed platform, based on Jasmy’s innovative Personal Data Locker product, aims to provide a secure data storage solution while granting users full control over access to their data. Additionally, it seeks to enhance data processing and reaction times.
The platform adopts agile development methods coupled with Web3 technology, emphasizing speed. The intention is to create an open platform that can be widely utilized in various fields. Through this approach, the project envisions recruiting a large user base and fostering broad adoption.
