AWS Introducing IoT TwinMaker

 

AWS is previewing an Internet of Things (IoT) product for companies to build digital twins of real-world systems, such as buildings, factories, and equipment.

AWS introduced its IoT TwinMaker to help developers integrate data from multiple sources, like equipment sensors, video cameras, and business applications, and combine the data to create a knowledge graph that models the real-world environment, according to the company last month.

AWS IoT TwinMaker is intended to give “many more customers” the ability to build applications that mirror real-world systems through digital twins to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
