Rosas Maschinenbau launches RFID inspection platform

Rosas Maschinenbau is introducing an expanded RFID inspection platform at Loupe Americas 2026 in Chicago. The Leopard 300 combines optical inspection, RFID verification and printed-code inspection in a single system.

The Leopard 300 RFID uses Erhardt+Leimer’s Smartscan 200% inspection system together with CISC’s RAIN Xplorer technology for RFID testing. The system can inspect the visual quality of labels, verify RFID tags and link RFID data to QR codes and barcodes. It can also process and verify variable data. Defective tags can be identified and removed during a subsequent inspection run.

Rosas Maschinenbau will also demonstrate the Viper 750 rewinder, first presented at Labelexpo Europe 2025. The machine features the Infinity 4K inspection system and can operate at speeds of up to 750 meters per minute.

The company also develops customized solutions for specific materials, production processes and integrated workflows.
